Initial Evaluation

Child & Adolescent Evaluation (~90 minutes): $500

Adult Evaluation (~60 minutes): $350

The initial meeting is a comprehensive assessment of mental health, medical, social, developmental and family history. We will discuss current concerns, daily functioning, and prior mental health treatment, including use of psychiatric medications and psychotherapy. A detailed review of your medical history and lifestyle, along with an initial assessment of your exercise, sleep, and nutrition patterns, will help us begin to identify additional factors that may contribute to symptoms. Further analysis can continue in follow-up visits. We will also discuss aspirations, challenges, and values. This evaluation allows us to create a personalized treatment plan that best aligns with each patient’s unique circumstances and preferences.
For child and adolescent patients, the session will consist of three portions: meeting with parents or legal guardians, meeting with the patient, and meeting with the family and child together.
You will be requested to review and complete the “First Visit forms” that can be accessed via the link labeled “First Visit Forms”.

Follow-up Visits
All ages, Typically 20-30 minutes, $200 per session

Follow-up visits are scheduled to reassess clinical symptoms and monitor treatment progress. If you are prescribed medications, we will review treatment options, medication dosages, and assess for side effects. These visits also involve discussing a healthy lifestyle and overall well-being, and reviewing changes as needed.

If necessary, we will also review input from your other physicians and therapists. For child and adolescent patients, we may evaluate feedback from teachers and discuss potential school accommodations. Our goal is to ensure each patient continues to receive the personalized care and support they need to thrive.
